Fourteen riders went from Ye Jolly Crofters on Chorley Old Road to ride up to Rivington Pike and then through the woods for two and a half hours. We were over passed by six Jets flying in formation, Silver with Red bodys, Red Arrows? We returned to the Crofters for a very enjoyable meal, Great Day. Many thanks to Ye Jolly Crofters for allowing us to park and to the staff for serving us.

We had a fabulous day for the Event with thirty riders coming, from as far away as Hawes. Many thanks to all the people involved in organising and stewarding the event. Many thanks to JOHN SMITH, for once again, allowing us to use his field to park. Hope everyone enjoyed the ride and the Map and Talk Through were clear.

Thirteen Riders ready for the off from “Terrins Car Park” for a ride around Bickershaw old open cast mine with many thanks to Terrin for leading. The ride was 6.6 mls. taking about two hours, the fastest speed recorded by “Jake” was 10 mph. On returning some members enjoyed a Bar-B-Q before departing. See photo gallery.
